terms of service

- All payments are made through PayPal Invoice or Kofi and in the currency USD.- I have the right to refuse any commissions, whether i feel uncomfortable with the request or it is beyond my artistic capability.- Payment ready and upfront please, I will not start until I have received the payment.- Keep in mind that I am used to drawing feminine characters, so masculine characters might not turn out as good.- Please send a visual reference, I will not take requests on descriptions alone.- Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted unless both sides agree on it because of any specific circumstances. However, I will not refund/cancel your commission after the sketching phase.- Out of respect to me as the artist, please don't message me everyday asking for wips and progress (sketch, lineart, flat colours, etc), I will send them over occasionally unless stated otherwise.- I might have some questions about your ocs/poses/minor changes and details while I'm working, so please check your dms occasionally.- Art takes time so be patient with me please! I cannot draw 24/7.- I work on my commissions one by one, that means if there is someone who commissioned me before you, I will need to finish that commission, then I will start yours.- I will let you know beforehand if there is going to be any delay.- Your commission can take anywhere from 2 days to several months and can varies depending on my circumstances. (School/work/exams/personal problems/emergencies and etcetera). So again, please be patient with me.- I charge extra for any changes after line art so please be clear about what you want. I will not change anything after flat colour is done.- I might charge extra for additional details and add ons (ask me for more informations)- My commissions are for personal use only.- You do not have the right to sell the artwork you bought in any sort of commercialised, in-game, virtual or physical product.- You do not have the right to claim the artwork as yours, nor claim that you were the one that drew it.- You must credit me if you use the artwork that you commissioned me for profile picture, banner, etc.- I have the right to post the artwork you commissioned me on my platforms (with watermark)- I do not allow for my work to be used or turned into an NFT (non-fungible token) under any circumstances.If you have any issues regarding my Terms of Service, please contact me.

If you wish to pay for commercial fees, my prices are:+40% of original price for digital usage.+60% of original price for digital and physical usage (merchandise and etc.)
